Obituary's Biography:

Robin J. Rafiq, 61, a resident of Antioch, IL, passed away Sunday, May 23, 2021 at Elevate Care in Waukegan, IL. She was born March 30, 1960 in Chicago, IL to Herbert and Gloria Blitzstein. Robin owned and operated a coffee shop and managed Pizza 911. She was a passionate and strong-minded business woman and enjoyed helping others. Robin is survived by her son Destiny Dickson and her grandchildren Legend and Lovelli Dickson. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Congress Dickson Sr., and her brother Merle Mitchell. A memorial visitation and service will be held on Sunday, May 30, 2021 from 12:00pm until 1:00pm with the service commencing at 1:00pm at Strang Funeral Chapel, 410 E.
