Obituary's Biography:
Scott J. Hauf, 59, a resident of Round Lake Park, IL, passed away June 4, 2023 in Libertyville, IL at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, IL. He was born September 6, 1963 in Chicago, IL to Leroy and Betty Hauf.
Scott was a firefighter for the Round Lake Fire Protection District and worked at Station #1 and Station #2. He loved the fire department and being able to help people. He enjoyed computers, Dungeons and Dragons, Rock and Roll music, and guitars.
Scott is survived by his wife of 37 years, Susan Hauf, his children Jessica (Scott) Burns, Albert (Tiffany) Masco, and Joshua (Kathryn) Hauf, his grandchildren Caitlin, Autumn, Danielle, Zachary, Tyler, and Kylie, his great-grandchildren Russell, Stella, Ashlynn, Ollivander, Sadie, and Rhyder, his brother Frank (Lill) Hauf, and his best friend Sweetie.

To the Hauf family my condolences. I just found out from my son Bradley Hauf the sad news. Scotty was my late husband’s brother Lee Hauf
I met Scotty when he was four and have found memories of him. Looks like Scotty was blessed with a large family, I am truly sorry for your loss.
