Obituary's Biography:

Robert James Olson, 64, of Cary, Il, passed away on May 1, 2016 at Good Shepherd Hospital in Barrington, Il. Robert was born on August 17, 1951 in Waukegan, Il, to Henry and Hilda Olson nee Roeske. Robert loved to work , he would help anyone, loved watching Nascar, and Football, most of all Robert loved his family. Survivors include his wife of 34 years Sandra, his children Julie(Nils)Montag of Crystal Lake, Robert Jr(Sandi) of Wauconda, Randy(Dawn) of Spring Grove, his grandchildren Colin Obrochta, Valerie Obrochta, Stephanie(Patrick)Engelhardt, Amber Muscolino, Amanda Muscolino, Cody Olson, Ryan Olson, Brayden Olson, Keeleigh Olson;  great-grandchildren Kaelyn Sofia and baby Aubrey Nicole due in September; his siblings Henry(Linda), John(Carol), Pat(Ted) Morris, Charlie(Karen), Elaine(Ray)Collis, Carolyn(Chuck)Kellam, Joe(Kathy), Linda(Tom)Buehler. Robert was preceded in death by his aforementioned parents and by one sister Nancy Wisdom. A visitation for Robert will be on Friday, May 6, 2016 from 4 P.M. to 8 P.M. at the Strang Funeral Chapel 410 E. Belvidere Rd, Grayslake, Il, 60030. Services will start at 8 P.M. with Reverend Lisle Kauffman officiating.  Interment will be private. Memorial donations may be made to the Illinois Fire Safety Alliance or to the Greater Round Lake Fire Department. For more information please call (847)223-8122 or go to www.strangfuneral.org.
