Obituary's Biography:
Dorothy Grace Buland, 88, a resident of Grayslake, passed away on June 8, 2014 at home. She was born on April 9, 1926 to Arthur, Ruby Bruce nee Willie. Dorothy loved to sew, bake, crochet, knit, she really enjoyed being a home maker. Dorothy is survived by her children, Janet(Gary)Wilke, Grayslake, Kurt(Holly)Buland , Hawaii, her grandchildren, Jenny(Mark) New Jersey, Mandy(Jeff) Elgin, Becky(Jon) Grayslake, Madeline , Rachel ,of Hawaii, and three great grandchildren, Madison, Colin, Bradley and one sister Rosella, Pontiac, IL. Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband Verne who passed away on April 10, 2005, and by her aforementioned parents. Burial will take place on Wednesday June 11, 2014 at Highland Memorial Park Cemetery, Libertyville. In lieu of flowers donations to the family would be greatly appreciated.
