Dennis J. Brauner, 74, a resident of Gurnee, IL, passed away March 29, 2021, at his home. He was born November 7, 1946 in Kenosha, WI to Rudolf and Frances (nee: Wachs) Brauner. Dennis is survived by his wife of 10 years, Patricia Brauner, whom he wed on July 16, 2011 in Gurnee, 5 stepchildren, and 13 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and stepdaughter. A memorial visitation and service will be held on Thursday, April 1, 2021 from 3:00pm until 4:00pm with the memorial service commencing at 4:00pm at Strang Funeral Chapel, 410 E. Belvidere Road, Grayslake, IL 60030. Inurnment will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Doctors without Borders or Project Smile.
