Daniel Piedra, age 25, passed away on January 16, 2024 at Northwestern Hospital in Lake Forest, IL. He was born on March 8, 1998.
A visitation will be held at Strang Funeral Chapel, 410 E Belvidere Road, Grayslake, IL 60030 on Sunday, January 21, 2024 from 4pm until 8pm. A funeral Mass will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 114 Lincoln Ave, Round Lake, IL 60073 on Monday, January 22, 2024 at 9:30am. Interment will be held privately. It´s tragic to lose such a good person at such a young age. I know he would want us to remember all the amazing times he impacted our lives and remind us all that theirs always more to life. I remember him from when he was born until once after my divorce when he and Derek ran from his Tia´s house to mine. I wish I had seen him more after my divorce. I wish I could say heaven received another angel but if I´m being honest it was way too soon.
