Angel M. Gomez, 53, a resident of Round Lake Beach, IL, passed away Thursday, September 5, 2019 at his home. He was born December 11, 1965 in Mexico to Erasmo Gomez and Maria Concepcion Espinoza. Angel loved work, music, dancing, food, and especially his grandchildren. Angel is survived by his wife of 33 years, Angela Gomez, his children Ana (Fernando) Vega and Angel (Alondra) Gomez, his grandchildren Gianni Vega, Christian Vega, Evan Angel Gomez, and Amaya Gomez, and his siblings Maria Gaudalupe, Erasmo, Maria Isabel, Alfonso, Socorro, Maria Concepcion, Maria del Carmen, Rosa Maria. He was preceded in death by his parents. A visitation is scheduled for Friday, September 13, 2019 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm at Strang Funeral Chapel & Crematorium 410 E. Belvidere Rd. Grayslake, IL 60030. The funeral mass is scheduled for Saturday, September 14, 2019 at 11:00am at the St. Gilbert Catholic Church 301 E. Belvidere Rd. Grayslake, IL 60030.
