Obituary's Biography:

Scott Thomas Fleischmann, age 66, a resident of Grayslake, passed away Monday, December 29, 2014 at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville. He was born July 30, 1948 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to Vernon and Virginia (nee Kosick) Fleischmann. Scott was an avid Packer and all-around Wisconsin sports fan. He liked golfing, biking and traveling. Scott was also a spiritual mentor and friend to many. Scott is survived by his wife, Lynne, whom he married 15 years ago on April 10, 1999 in Gurnee; his mother, Virginia Fleischmann; his children, Lora (Paul) Conrad of Franklin, Tenn., Katy (Perry) Jarka of Orland Park, Liza (Jeremy) Good of Round Lake Beach, and Joshua Turcotte of Chicago; grandchildren, Levi, Caleb, Elijah, Flynn, Greta, Grant, Madison, James and Alyssa; and his sisters, Linda (George) Greenwald-Zach of Wales, Wisconsin and Jayne (Rich) Schaefer of Mesa, Arizona. He was preceded in death by his father, Vernon. Friends of the family may visit on Friday, January 2, 2015 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Strang Funeral Chapel & Crematorium, 410 East Belvidere Road, Grayslake, IL 60030. The funeral service will be on Saturday, January 3, 2015 at 1:00 pm at the funeral chapel.
