Terrell C. Miyamoto

Terry C. Miyamoto, 87, a resident of Gurnee, IL, passed away Sunday August 2, 2020 at Bickford of Gurnee.  She was born June 11, 1933 in Walker, IA to Lloyd and Cora Bellach.  Terry was retired from Dynapar in Gurnee after a 25 year career.  She was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Wadsworth, enjoyed gardening and her family.  Terry is survived by her children Lisa Montpas, Elaine (Steve) Griffin, Sean Higgins, and Kelly (Susan) Higgins, her grandchildren Michele (David) Griffin, Matthew (Amber) Montpas, Amy (Josh) Miller, David (Teal) Griffin, Holli (Patrick) Rein, Alex Higgins, Kylee Higgins, Robbie (Rachel) Higgins, and Krista Higgins, her great-grandchildren Kaycie Griffin, Aurora Griffin, Grace Montpas, Olivia Griffin, Avery Miller, Finley Miller, Valentine Rein, and Tyler Higgins, and numerous nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her son Curtis Higgins, her husband Robert Higgins, her second husband Frank Miyamoto, her 3 sisters and her 2 brothers.  A visitation and memorial service is scheduled for Thursday August 6, 2020 from 2pm until 4pm  with the memorial service commencing at 4pm at Strang Funeral Chapel & Crematorium 410 E. Belvidere Rd.
