Sandra A. Adams

Sandra A. Adams, a resident of Grayslake and formerly of Galesburg, IL, passed away Friday February 8, 2013, at the age of 56. She was born April 4, 1956 in Chicago, IL to Raymond and Mildred Gearhart. Sandra was a member of St. Paul the Apostle Church and a member of the choir at church for the past 7 years. She had also worked for Coleman Cable Company for the past 7 years. Sandra is survived by her son Michael (Maribeth) Adams, her father Raymond, her sisters Sharon Kilcoyne, Susan Black, Sallie Kyriazes, and Sheryl Wiegel and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother Mildred. Friends of the family may visit Saturday, February 16, 2013 from 9:00am to 11 a.m. at St. Paul the Apostle Church 6401 Gages Lake Rd. Gurnee, IL 60031. A memorial service will be held on Saturday February 16, 2013 at 11:00am at church. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation or the American Cancer Society. Arrangements were entrusted to Strang Funeral Chapel & Crematorium.
