Robert R. Kuffell

Robert R. Kuffell, a resident of Grayslake and formerly of Chicago, passed away Sunday January 26, 2014 at the age of 82. Robert was a veteran of the Army having served during the Korean War and was a member of the IBEW Union Local #134. Robert was the loving husband of 57 years to Elaine, beloved brother to Gerald (Patricia) Kuffell and his deceased sister and brother-in-law Dolores (Hugo) DiStefano, wonderful father to Steve (Donna), Mike (Angela), Don (Grace), and Carol (Dave) Seeger, an adoring grandfather to Stephanie, Courtney, Brent, Amanda, Erik, Dylan, Lindsey, Matt, Megan, Kevin, Billy, Danny, and Julie, and a loving uncle to 4 nieces and nephews. Friends of the family may visit from 4:00p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Thursday January 30, 2014 at STRANG FUNERAL CHAPEL & CREMATORIUM, 410 East Belvidere Road Grayslake, IL 60030. The funeral mass will be Friday, January 31 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Paul the Apostle 6401 Gages Lake Rd. Gurnee, IL. Interment will follow at All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines.
