Richard "Ricky" C. Hayes, 22, a resident of Ingleside, IL, passed away on November 29, 2025. He was born on July 17, 2003 to Rick and Melinda Kay Hayes in Oklahoma City, OK.

Ricky is survived by his parents, Rick and Melinda Kay Hayes; his siblings, Cody Eukovich, Brandon Armando Najera, and Brian Armando Najera; many aunts and uncles; and many cousins.
