Patrick James Koob, age 64, of Ingleside, IL passed away Wednesday, February 21, 2018 in McHenry, IL. He was born on January 23, 1954 in Park Ridge, IL to Mike and Vivienne (nee Genereux) Koob. Patrick is survived by his children, Kelly Krivanek of Fall River, WI and Peter (Glorivic) Koob of Willow Springs, MO; grandchildren, Mackenzie Krivanek, Kyle Koob and Kyla Koob. He is further survived by his siblings, Mike Koob of Lake Forest, IL and Kathy McGinnis of Point Roberts, WA. Private family services will be held.
