Patricia M. Grabowski

Patricia M. (nee: Czekaj) Grabowski, 76, a resident of Grayslake, IL, passed away August 15, 2015 surrounded by her family. She was born October 8, 1938 in Chicago, IL. Patricia is survived by her husband of 51 years, Tom, whom she wed on November 9, 1963, her daughters Kim (Alex) Proenza and Renee (Brian) Hribar, her grandsons Nicholas Proenza, Austin Hribar, and Colin Hribar, her sister Elaine (Ray) Spike, and many nieces and nephews. A visitation is scheduled for Thursday August 20, 2015 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm at Strang Funeral Chapel & Crematorium, 410 E. Belvidere Road, Grayslake, Illinois 60030. A funeral mass is scheduled for Friday, August 21, 2015 at 10:30am at St. Gilbert Catholic Church 301 E. Belvidere Rd. Grayslake, IL. Interment will follow at Ascension Cemetery in Libertyville, IL.
