Patricia Ann Foster

Patricia "Pat" Ann Foster, 78, a resident of Grayslake, IL, passed away October 20, 2026 at her home.  She was born November 19, 1947 in Chicago, IL to James and Pearl Hatton.  

Pat was a member of St. Gilbert Catholic Church.  She enjoyed gardening, camping, and her grandkids.  Pat had a passion for dance and was well known in the community for owning and operating the Dance Connection for over 50 years.

Pat is survived by her husband of 61 years, Jim Foster, her children Jim (Jeri) Foster, Cheryl Moran, and Mike (Sydney) Foster, her grandchildren Seth (Jessica) Foster, Morgan (Dylan) Hyun, Dylan (Lauryn) Foster, Michael Moran, McKenzie Moran, Sienna Foster, and Stella Foster, and her great-grandchildren Sawyer Foster, Wrenlie Foster, Colbie Foster, Penelope Hyun, and Eden Hyun.  She was preceded in death by her parents.

A visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at Strang Funeral Chapel & Crematorium 410 E. Belvidere Rd. Grayslake, IL 60030 from 3:00pm until 8:00pm.  A funeral mass is scheduled for Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at St. Gilbert Catholic Church 301 E. Belvidere Rd. Grayslake, IL 60030 at 11:00am.  Interment will be held privately.
