Patricia M. Costabile

Patricia M. Costabile, 72, a resident of Grayslake, IL, passed away June 23, 2024 at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, IL.  She was born January 25, 1952 in Evanston, IL to Leroy and Janice Blinn.

Patricia loved raising her West Highland Terriers.

Patricia is survived by her husband of 45 years, Anthony Costabile, her sister Kathy Lee (Jeff) Issel, and her sisters-in-law Marie DeCaesar and Sandra Starky.  She was preceded in death by her parents and her aunt Marjorie Rakos.
