Nivardo Alcaraz

Nivardo Alcaraz, 25, a resident of Detroit, passed away June 12, 2022 at his home.  He was born September 20, 1996 in Libertyville, IL to Lucrecia Alcaraz de Luna.

Nivardo loved music and playing in his band "Puente Grande".

Nivardo is survived by his mother Lucrecia Alcaraz de Luna, his children Ariadne Guadalupe Perez Saucedo and Ailin Guadalupe Alcaraz, his grandfather Daniel Luna, and his siblings Raymond Alcaraz, Daisy Alcaraz, Lupita Alcaraz, and Valentina Luna.  He was preceded in death by his girlfriend Jasmine Gutierrez, and his grandmother Endedina Castillo Prado.

A visitation is scheduled for Friday July 1, 2022 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm at Strang Funeral Chapel & Crematorium 410 E. Belvidere Rd. Grayslake, IL 60030.  The funeral mass will be held at 9:30am on Saturday, July 2, 2022 at St. Joseph Catholic Church 114 N.
