Mitchell R. Faczek

Mitchell R. Faczek, 73, a resident of Grayslake, IL, passed away on October 20, 2025 at his home.  He was born September 16, 1952 in Chicago, IL to Mitchell and Mary Jane Faczek.

Mitchell was a member of the Union IBEW and a member of the Telephone Pioneers group.  

Mitchell is survived by his partner Cathy Foster, his daughters Kristin (Marcellus) Pinto and Tiffany Faczek, his grandchildren Samantha Schufman, Jacqueline Schufman, and Jakob Proffitt, his brothers Joseph Faczek, James Faczek, and Brian (Judy) Faczek, his nephews Christopher (Mindy) Faczek and Alex (Tori) Faczek, his niece Courtney (Jacob) Aruda, and his great-nephews and great-niece Milo, Owen, and Addy.  He was preceded in death by his parents.
