Mildred Califf

Mildred Califf, 86 years old, passed away at her daughter's home in Grayslake Tuesday evening, Mar. 19, 2013.  She was born in Chicago on Aug. 11, 1926 to the now late Herbert and Verna {nee Wayrynen} Davidson.  Mildred was the loving mother of Laura (Ed), Kathy (Brendan), Charles (Linda), Patrick, and John (Phyllis); beloved grandmother of nine and great-grandmother of five; dear sister of Herbert (Liz) and Gerry.  Her husband of 63 years, Charles Califf, preceded her in death.  Friends of the family may visit at STRANG FUNERAL CHAPEL & CREMATORIUM, 410 E. Belvidere Rd.
