Melissa A. Grost

Melissa A. Grost, 40, a resident of Round Lake Beach, IL, passed away April 21, 2024 at her home.  She was born October 24, 1983 in Lake Forest, IL to Clifford Grost and Diane Abbinanti.

Melissa is survived by her parents, Diane Abbinanti (Ernest Mategrano), Clifford (Peggy) Grost; her sister, Heather (Jeff) Hummert; and her grandparents, Jean Grost, Angela Ciccia, and Barbara Hargadon.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, John and Dorothy Wheelock, Leo Grost, Antoinette Abbinanti, Donald Hargadon, and Ernest Mategrano Sr.

A visitation and funeral service is scheduled for Saturday, April 27, 2024 at Wildwood Presbyterian Church, 18630 Old Gages Lake Road, Wildwood, IL from 1:30pm until 2:00pm with the service commencing at 2:00pm.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Wings Program Inc.
