Matthew James Minjares

Matthew James Minjares, age 22, of Ingleside, passed away Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville. He was born May 6, 1992 in Barrington to Joe and Monica (Cofer) Minjares. Matthew liked to collect pokeman cards, and play his Nintendo DS and loved the Foo Fighters and the Red Hot Chili Peppers. He also enjoyed watching the Walking Dead. He is survived by his parents; two sisters, Tracy (Mario) Aguilar of Chicago, Rachelle Minjares of Austin, Texas; his nieces and nephews, Adrien, Andrew, Alexander, Kyana, Isaiah, Christian, Jacob, Nathan, Alana; his aunt, Billie (Reid) Satzke; many aunts, uncles, and cousins; and his cat, Stewie. Friends of the family may visit on Friday, November 21, 2014 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Strang Funeral Chapel & Crematorium, 410 East Belvidere Road, Grayslake, IL 60030, with a memorial service commencing at 6:00 p.m. at the funeral chapel.
