Marvin P. Schwartz

Marvin P. Schwartz, 92, loving husband of Roberta passed away September 4, 2020 at his home. Son of Frank and Margaret (nee: Kelly) Schwartz. Marvin is survived by his wife of 29 years, Roberta, his children Peter (Nancy) Schwartz of Genoa City, Brenda (Mark) Martinez of Crystal Lake, Penny (Ken) Hankel of Mesa, AZ, Beth (Patrick) Neary of Lake Zurich, Donna Lynn Zimmerman of Wheeling, and Robert (Elizabeth) Ptaszek of Des Plaines, his 7 grandchildren, his 10 great-grandchildren, his sister Ann Marquardt of Palatine and the many friends at the remote control flying club. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother George. He was a nature lover and world traveler. He loved fishing, camping and hiking. He will be greatly missed by all his family, friends and neighbors. All funeral arrangements were privately held and entrusted to Strang Funeral Chapel & Crematorium 410 E. Belvidere Rd.
