Marisa M. Saylor

Marisa Marie Saylor, age 20, a resident of Round Lake Beach, passed away on October 23, 2022 at Lake Forest Hospital after a hard-fought battle with cancer. She was born on November 11, 2001 in Park Ridge to Kimberly Dilollo and Ronald Saylor. Marisa was someone who lit up the room with her presence, had a contagious smile and smirk, and the most amazing curly hair. She was feisty, spunky, and described herself as "the favorite sibling" amongst her family. She loved to listen to music and attend concerts, Korn being her most recent this summer. Halloween and horror movies were her favorite things. She was studying to be nurse. Marisa is survived by her parents, Kimberly Dilollo and Ronald Saylor; her step-father, Ron Cook; her siblings: Eric Saylor, Kelly Saylor Yeomans, Angelo Dilollo, and Lauren Dilollo; her nieces and nephews: Julian Guzman, Sophia Dilollo, Charlotte Ahrens, and Jesse Lee Yeomans; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. A visitation will be held at Strang Funeral Chapel, 410 E. Belvidere Road, Grayslake, IL 60030 on Sunday, October 30, 2022 from 1:00pm until 5:00pm. A funeral service will be held at the funeral chapel on Sunday at 5:00pm. Interment will be held privately.
