Lynn M. Jacobs

Lynn M. Jacobs, 67, a resident of Wildwood, IL, passed away Saturday, October 20, 2018 at her home. She was born May 21, 1951 in Chicago to Norman and Rosemary (nee: Abt) Hartlieb. Lynn was a diehard Bulls, Cubs, and Bears fan, an avid reader, but most of all loved spending time with her family. Lynn is survived by her siblings Norman (Ellen) Hartlieb of Kenosha, Mary Alice (Ray) Dudra of Chicago, and Dan (Judy) Hartlieb of Round Lake, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Jake, her parents, her brother Charles "CJ", and her sister Sharon. A memorial visitation and service will be held on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm with the memorial service commencing at 7:00pm at Strang Funeral Chapel & Crematorium 410 E.
