Lucille Bauer

Lucille Bauer, 79, passed away peacefully at home with her family in Grayslake, IL on Tuesday April 29, 2014. She was born February 27, 1935 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada to Joseph and Erma Lang. Lucille was a member of St. Phillips Church in Northfield. She had retired from Dominick's Grocery Store, loved to work on crafts, and loved her home in Florida. Lucille is survived by her sons Wayne (Cynthia) of Grayslake and Douglas of Wauconda, her grandchildren Jennifer, Jessica, Matthew, Megan, and Brittany, her sister June, and her sister-in-law Jane. She was preceded in death by her husband Edwin in April 2011, her brother Norman, and her sister Florence. Friends of the family may visit at 12:00pm on Saturday May 3, 2014 with a celebration of both Lucille's and Edwin Bauer's life commencing at 2:00pm at STRANG FUNERAL CHAPEL & CREMATORIUM, 410 E.
