Leo H. Nemiro

Leo Herbert Nemiro, 87, a resident of Crystal Lake, passed away August 4, 2015 at Sunrise Senior Living in Crystal Lake, IL. He was born May 27, 1928 in Chicago, IL to Leo and Emma (nee; Dotzuer) Nemiro. Leo was a retiree of Nicor Gas. Leo is survived by his children Jeff (Heather) of Mattawa, ON, Canada, Neal (Angie) of Orlando, FL, Denise Tascher, Cheryl Nemiro-Sewell, and Gail Barnes, and his grandchildren Jerry and Jasper of Mattawa, ON, Canada, Jacob and Kristin of Kenosha, WI, Scott (Kari) of Florida, and Vicky, Timmy, Donald, Beth, Eric, Heather, and Billy. He was preceded in death by his wife, Joan Nemiro, his daughter Linda, and his parents Leo and Emma Nemiro. A visitation is scheduled for Monday, August 24, 2015 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm at Strang Funeral Chapel & Crematorium, 410 E. Belvidere Road, Grayslake, Illinois 60030. The funeral service is scheduled for Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at 10:00am at the funeral chapel. Interment will be follow at Glen Oak Cemetery in Hillside, IL.
