Judith J. Kusiak

Judith J. Kusiak, age 86, a resident of Grayslake, IL, passed away on October 31, 2021.  She was born on June 20, 1935 in Chicago to John and Anastasia Sczewczyk. Our loving mother and wife who gave us unselfishly of herself; we will always remember and honor her life.  Mom will never be forgotten and will always live on in our hearts and minds.  You have impacted our lives in ways no one else has.   We love you deeply forever.

Judy is survived by her husband of 66 years, Joseph; her children, Mark (Gena) Kusiak of Buffalo Grove and Christine (Steven Galik) Kusiak of Saxeville, WI; and her granddaughters, Holly Kusiak of Bellingham, WA and Rebecca Kusiak of Chicago.

A memorial service will be held at Strang Funeral Chapel, 410 E. Belvidere Road, Grayslake, IL 60030 on Saturday, November 6, 2021 at 11:00am.  A memorial visitation will be held at the funeral chapel on Saturday from 10:00am until the time of service.  Interment will be held privately.  For more information, please call (847) 233-8122.
