Joseph F. Schleich

Joseph F. Schleich, 88, a resident of Saddlebrook Farms in Grayslake and formerly of Chicago, passed away Wednesday May 13, 2015 in Libertyville, IL. He was born April 30, 1927 in Chicago, IL to Joseph and Kathryn Schleich. Joseph was a World War II veteran having served with the US Marines and a member of the Moose Lodge 2578 in River Grove. Joseph is survived by his wife of 60 years, Lorraine, his children Nancy (Joseph) Bass, Sue Evanicky, and Cindy (Jim) Kuffel, many grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Evelyn Fritz. A visitation is scheduled for Monday, May 18, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a prayer service commencing at 8:00pm at Strang Funeral Chapel & Crematorium, 410 East Belvidere Road, Grayslake, IL 60030.
