Jacquelyn A. Hare

Jacquelyn Ann Hare, age 45, a resident of Round Lake Park, passed away Monday, September 14, 2020 at her home.  She was born April 18, 1975 in Lake Forest to Joseph and Janice (Polkey) Chlopek.  She was a nanny and caregiver and was a Presbyterian Christian.

She is survived by her husband, Jason, who she married on July 2, 2008 in Lake County; her parents, Joseph and Janice Chlopek; her sister, Jillian (Jacob) Marsoobian of Gurnee; and her niece, Jenna R. Marsoobian of Gurnee. She was preceded in death by Christine C. Bishop, Howard S. Polkey, Lillian J. Chlopek and Martin J. Chlopek Sr.

A visitation and funeral service are scheduled for Saturday, September 26, 2020 from 10:00am until 1:00pm with the funeral service commencing at 1:00pm at Strang Funeral Chapel & Crematorium, 410 E. Belvidere Road, Grayslake, IL 60030.  Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park, 33100 N.
