Jack Werner

Jack A. Werner, a resident of Crystal Lake, Illinois passed away on August 22, 2026, at the age of 89. Jack was born on November 21, 1936, in Chicago, Illinois to Alex and Lucille Werner.

Jack was a long-term Mason as well as active with Eastern Star and White Shrine.

Jack was preceded in death by his parents, Lucille and Alec, his wife, Loann Werner, his son, Ray (Vicki) Crosby of Homer Glen, Illinois, and his daughter, Cindy (Steve) Landry of Waukegan, Illinois.

Jack is survived by his children, Lori (Pete) Lambert of McHenry, Illinois, Cathy (Larry) Larson of Crystal Lake, Illinois, Russ (Anita) Crosby of Alpharetta, Georgia, Jack (Barb) Werner of Lake Villa, Illinois, Jeri (Ray) Hardesty of McHenry, Illinois, and Bill (Melody) Werner of Lake Villa, Illinois. Jack is also survived by his 26 Grandchildren and 58 Great-Grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at Strang Funeral Chapel, 410 E Belvidere Road, Grayslake, IL 60030 on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at 12 pm.
