Grazyna “Grace” C. Niemczura

Grazyna "Grace" C. Niemczura, 83, a resident of Grayslake, IL, passed away Saturday, May 11, 2024 at Hillcrest Nursing Center in Round Lake Beach, IL.  She was born October 15, 1940 in Poland to Jozef and Stefania Niemczura.

Grace being a U.S.A. citizen, she came to the United States in 1957, graduated from the University of Illinois (Chicago) in 1964 with a Bachelor of Science degree in pharmacy and pursued her career in various private and hospital pharmacies.  She retired from Ravenswood Hospital in Chicago, part of the Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center group, after 21 years there, in 2006.

Grace is survived by her cousins Susan (Kermit) Hayes, Valerie (Kenney Mencher) Kiszka, and Julian Niemczura and many other cousins here and in Poland.  She was preceded in death by her parents.

A life-long animal lover, Grace especially loved her 5 dogs, Tabitha, Samantha, Lady, Bailey and Marlo, and has now joined her faithful companions going over the rainbow bridge.
