Francisco Hernandez

Francisco Hernandez, age 88, a resident of Round Lake, passed away Monday, May 14, 2018 at his home. He was born in Mexico on January 22, 1930. Francisco was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Round Lake. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Aurora Hernandez; 9 children, 23 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his son, Saul Hernandez-Rios; grandson, Roy Lopez; parents; and grandparents. Friends of the family may visit on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Strang Funeral Chapel & Crematorium, 410 E. Belvidere Road, Grayslake, IL 60030. A funeral mass is scheduled for Thursday, May 17, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 114 Lincoln Avenue, Round Lake, IL 60073.
