Francisco Gonzales

Francisco Gonzales, age 95, a resident of Round Lake Beach, IL, passed away on December 17, 2023 at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, IL.  He was born on June 4, 1928 in New Braunfels, TX to Jose and Candelaria Gonzales.  He loved carpentry, working on cars, and watching tv especially "Caso Cerrado".

Francisco is survived by his children, Jose (Rosalinda) of Round Lake Beach, Olga (Jose) Trujillo of Round Lake Beach, Maria (Raymundo) Cruz of Round Lake Beach, Gilberto (Luz Maria) of Round Lake Park, Blanca Gonzales, Velia Bobadilla of Round Lake Beach, Eduardo of Round Lake Park, Jesus of Round Lake Beach, Everardo of Round Lake Beach, and Virginia Madrigal of Racine, WI; and his grandchildren, Adriana, Erica, Jose, Diasy, Crystal, Raymundo, Jr., Derek, Brian, Jennifer, Mathew, Kevin, Tiffany, William, Jerry, Jackson, Vannesa, Brandon, Jeremy, Heather, Jasmine, Juan, Kassandra, Alexandria, and Elizabeth.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Josefa Gonzales; and his granddaughter, Esmeralda Carrasco.

A Funeral Service will be held at Strang Funeral Chapel, 410 E Belvidere Road, Grayslake, IL 60030 on Friday, December 22, 2023 at 6pm.  A visitation will be held on Friday at the funeral chapel from 4pm until 8pm.  Interment will be held privately.  For more information, please call (847)223-8122 or visit www.StrangFuneral.org.
