Eugene W Pizzala

Eugene “Gene” W. Pizzala, a resident of Vernon Hills, Illinois, passed away at the age of 84. Gene was born June 9, 1942, in Waukegan, Illinois to Eugene Howard Pizzala and Viola Flick. He served our country honorably and was an expert marksman. Gene will always be remembered for living life to the fullest and enjoying riding his Harley on the backroads of Wisconsin.

Gene is survived by his children, Jeanne Pizzala, Julie (Randy) Sproul, Patrick Pizzala and his stepdaughter, Michelle “Mickey” (Larry) Morin; Gene is also survived by his many loving grandchildren; and by his brother, Robert Pizzala.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Regina L. Pizzala. Services were entrusted to Strang Funeral Chapel of Grayslake, Illinois with interment at Fort Sheridan National Cemetery.
