Elvia “Rosy” Taylor

Elvia "Rosy" Taylor, 41 a resident of Gurnee, IL, passed away Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, IL. She was born July 25, 1979 in Mexico.  Rosy is survived by her parents Jose Silva and Irma Baez, her children Angelica, Ryan, and Julian, and her siblings Johana Silva and Alex Silva.  She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Taylor.  A visitation will be held on Monday, July 19, 2021 from 10:00am until 11:00am with the funeral service commencing at 11:00am at Strang Funeral Chapel, 410 E.
