Dorothy N. Magnini

Dorothy N. Magnini, age 86, a resident of Round Lake Beach, passed away Saturday, October 31, 2015 at her home. She was born in Chicago on January 31, 1929. She was a member of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church in Gurnee and a philanthropy club member. She was the loving daughter of Julio and Mary Masseccesi; dear brother of Raymond (Vickey), dear mother of Rich  (Sheila) and Linda, loving friend to Marina, cherished grandmother to Gabriella, Brandon, Nicholas and Natalie, endeared grandmother to Jason, Justin and Megan, Jillian and Tiana, and Jackson. Friends of the family may visit on Saturday, November 7, 2015 from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, 6401 Gages Lake Road, Gurnee, IL 60031. Interment will follow at Ascension Cemetery, 1920 Buckley Road in Libertyville. Arrangements were entrusted to Strang Funeral Chapel & Crematorium, 410 East Belvidere Road, Grayslake, IL 60030.
