Dorothy M. Guldan

Dorothy Mae Guldan, 95, a resident of Wildwood, IL, passed away Saturday, April 8, 2017 in Libertyville, IL. She was born April 28, 1921 in Hammond, IN. Dorothy was a member of St. Gilbert Catholic Church and had worked as a piano teacher. Dorothy is survived by her children Dorothea (Tom) Marek, John (Karolyn) Guldan, and Douglas Guldan, her grandchildren Scott, Curt, and Justin Marek, Nick Pope, Karly Tumminello, Brad, Matt, Joseph, Brittany, and Kayla Guldan, and many great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph, whom she wed on December 5, 1945. A visitation is scheduled for Monday, April 17, 2017 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm at Strang Funeral Chapel & Crematorium 410 E. Belvidere Rd. Grayslake, IL 60030. A funeral mass is scheduled for Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at 10:00am at St. Gilbert Catholic Church 301 E. Belvidere Rd. Grayslake, IL.
