Della A. Cepauskas

Della A. Cepauskas, a resident of Gurnee, passed away Saturday November 2, 2013, at the age of 87. She was born November 17, 1925 in Chicago, IL to Charles and Amelia Mesees. Della volunteered for many years at the Chicago Botanical Gardens. She was also a member of St. Patricks Church in Wadsworth and was a member of the Shamrocks Senior Club at St. Patricks. Della is survived by her sister Felice Lewandowski, her nieces and nephews Steven Salkos, Janet Salkos, Brian Lewandowski, John Lewandowski, and Laura Lewandowski. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Edward. Friends of the family may visit on Sunday November 10, 2013 from 12:00pm until 4:00pm at Strang Funeral Chapel & Crematorium 410 E. Belvidere Rd. Grayslake, IL 60030. A funeral mass will be held on Monday November 11, 2013 at 11:00am at St. Patrick Catholic Church 15000 Wadsworth Rd. Wadsworth, IL.
