Debra Jane Acker

Debra Jane Acker, age 68, a resident of Pleasant Prairie, WI, passed away Saturday, September 26, 2020 at Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee, WI.  She was born October 24, 1951 in Waukegan to Robert and Joan Millimaki. She is survived by her husband, David Ray Acker, who she married in Waukegan 44 years ago on October 8, 1976; her mother, Joan Millimaki; her two children, Matthew Acker of Mulvane, KS and Marlena (Dietrich) Acker also of Mulvane, KS; a grandson, Henry Rhys Acker of Mulvane, KS; and her siblings, Karen Millimaki Nixon of Grayslake and Robert Millimaki Jr. of Pleasant Prairie, WI. Debra was preceded in death by her father, Robert Millimaki.  A visitation is scheduled for Friday, October 9, 2020 from 1:00pm until 2:00pm with the funeral service following at 2:00pm at Strang Funeral Chapel & Crematorium, 410 East Belvidere Road, Grayslake, IL 60030.
