Corrine Baum

Corrine "Corki" Baum, nee Cushna, 69, of Grayslake, IL, was born December 10, 1943 to the late Bob and Mae Cushna and passed away peacefully in her home on November 29, 2013. Corrine was the beloved wife of 50 years to Richie, mother of Scott (Carol), and Rob (Peggy), and grandmother of Robbie, Andy, Jill and Kim and dear sister of Bruce (Beth), Ralph (Paulette), Sharon (Ken) Johnson, and Tom (Kathy), and many treasured (grand) nieces and nephews. She graduated from Columbia College of Missouri, with a bachelor's degree and was a retired CPA. She belonged to the Red Hat Society, and will be forever remembered in our hearts, along with Feliz Navidad. A visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, December 4th from 4-8 pm at Strang Funeral Chapel & Crematorium 410 E. Belvidere Rd. Grayslake, IL. A funeral service will be held on December 5th at 11 am, at the funeral chapel. Interment will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Advocate Home Health Services and Hospice.
