Billy R. Stanley Sr.

Billy R. Stanley Sr., 82, a resident of Lake Villa, passed away May 16, 2021 at Journeycare Hospice in Barrington, IL.  He was born in Kimberly, WV to on May 22, 1938.  Billy retired from Baxter Labs in 2019 after 30 plus years of service and was known as a great family man.  Billy is survived by his children Billy Stanley, Jr. and Sherry (Jeff) Ohnesorge, his grandson of Jimmy Lombardo, his brother Lawrence (Lorraine) Stanley, his sister-in-law Mary (Eddie) Edwards, his niece Carrie Marcum and his great-niece Alyson Marcum.  He was preceded in death by his wife Peggy Stanley in 2011.  Friends of the family may visit at STRANG FUNERAL CHAPEL & CREMATORIUM, 410 E.
