Angelo G. Gargano

Angelo Giovanni Gargano, 97, of Mundelein, passed away on February 6 at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, IL.  He was born on July 4,1927 in Italy to Antonio and Sara Gargano.

Angelo is survived by his wife, Maria, of 72 years; his children, Anthony (Barbara) of Cheshire, CT, Joseph of Mundelein, and Stephen (Doreen) of Grayslake; his grandchildren, Anthony of Massapequa, NY, Maria (Daryl) Blaney of Framingham, MA, Joe of Northbrook, Amanda of Fontano, CA, Elaina Marie (Peter) of Grayslake, and Angelo (Calysta) of Grayslake; and his great grandchildren, Layla, Vincent, Andie, Giovanni, and Francesca.  He was preceded in death by his son, Rosario J. Gargano.

A visitation will be held at Strang Funeral Chapel, 410 E Belvidere Road, Grayslake, IL 60030 on Sunday, February 16 from 4pm until 8pm.  Funeral and Interment Services will be held privately.
