Amy Elizabeth Rathunde

Amy Elizabeth Rathunde, 43, of Lake Villa, Illinois, passed away on August 5, 2015. She was born on March 9, 1972 in Hinsdale, Illinois to Craig and JoAnn Ellison, (nee High). Amy was an avid animal and nature lover, but most of all loved her family. Survivors include her husband of 16 years, Russ whom she married on October 9, 1999 in Grayslake, Illinois. Her 2 children, Corine Rose, and David Craig both of Villa, Illinois, her sisters Julie (Daniel) Skidds of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin and Jennifer (Dennis Davidson) Norris of Antioch, Illinois. The visitation will be from 3 to 7 PM on Sunday August 9, 2015 and a service starting at 7PM at Strang Funeral Chapel & Crematorium, 410 E Belvidere Road, Grayslake, Illinois 60030.
