Sheila Quane, 74, a resident of Lindenhurst, IL, passed away March 19, 2026, at her home.  She was born February 21, 1952 in Hammond, IN to Larry and Willie Schultz.

Sheila enjoyed Bingo, reading, and her arts and crafts.  She enjoyed spending time with in the Victory Lakes Community and especially enjoyed her grand kids and great-grand kids.

Sheila is survived by her husband of 28 years Michael Quane, her parents Larry and Willie Schultz, her step-children Michelle (Thomas) Bregenzer, Thomas (Juilia) Quane, Jodie (Jerry) Nichols, and Robert (Lori) Quane, her grandchildren Robert Frisbie, Emmett Frisbie, 9 step-grandchildren (8 great-grandchildren) and her siblings Debbie, Diane, and Lisa.  She was preceded in death by her son Robert Frisbie.

A visitation and funeral service are scheduled for Monday, March 30, 2026 at Strang Funeral Chapel & Crematorium 410 E. Belvidere Rd. Grayslake, IL 60030 from 10:00am until 11:00am with the funeral service commencing at 11:00am.  Interment will follow at Ascension Catholic Cemetery in Libertyville, IL.  Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
