Paul A. Witek, 78, a resident of Grayslake, IL, passed away July 17, 2026, at Integrated Palliative Care in Libertyville, IL.  He was born January 19, 1948 in Chicago, IL to Paul and Jean Witek.

Paul was an honorable veteran of the Vietnam War.  He enjoyed rock music, wood working, and building models.  Paul enjoyed a bourbon and cigar on his deck and most of all spending time with his family and friends.

Paul is survived by his wife of 53 years, Sue Witek, whom he wed on August 19, 1972 in Chicago, IL, his son Jason (Gina) Witek of Lutz, FL, and his grandchild Lucca Witek of Lutz, FL.  He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister and brother-in-law Candice (Michael) Biancalana, and his father-in-law and mother-in-law Chief and Siu Perrill.
