Martha J. Pulizzano, 83, a resident of Arizona for 30 years and most recently of Richmond, IL, passed away February 28, 2026 at her daughter's home in Richmond, IL.  She was born October 10, 1942 in Brocton, IL to Samuel "Glen" and Mary R. (nee: Vaught) Cox.

Martha enjoyed her Bunco group, gambling at casinos especially Vegas, and being a loving grandmother and great-grandmother to her grandchildren.

Martha is survived by her husband of 64 years, Jack Pulizzano, her children Donna Dayment and Gary (Michele) Pulizzano, her grandchildren Tara (Rob) Busa, Susan (Tim) Harkins, Jessica Dayment, Mary (John) Weber, Anthony Dayment, Nicholas (Amie) Pulizzano, and Kellie Pulizzano, and her great-grandchildren Gavin Busa, Giana Busa, Jack Harkins, and Max Pulizzano.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Earl Cox, and her son-in-law Wayne Dayment.

A visitation is scheduled for Sunday, March 8, 2026 at Strang Funeral Chapel & Crematorium 410 E. Belvidere Rd. Grayslake, IL 60030 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm.  The funeral service is scheduled for Monday, March 9, 2026 at 10:00am at the funeral chapel.  Interment will follow at Salem Mound Cemetery in Salem, WI.  For more information log onto www.strangfuneral.org or contact (847)223-8122.
