Kevvin G. Smith, 46, a resident of Zion, IL, passed away June 22, 2026 at his home.  He was born April 24, 1980 in Bethesda, MD, to George Smith and Konnie Sanders-Smith.

Kevvin is survived by his life partner Sabrina Guivas, his mother Konnie Sanders-Smith, his children Aaliyah Smith, Amani Smith, Avvin Smith, Ayceson Smith, Aveya Smith, Aythan Smith, and Aydien Smith, his siblings Kandesse (Raymond) Armour, Kristopher Smith, and Klaire Smith, his 3 uncles and his 3 aunts.  He was preceded in death by his father George Smith and his grandparents.  

A visitation and funeral service are scheduled for Saturday, July 11, 2026 at St. Gilbert Catholic Church 301 E. Belvidere Rd. Grayslake, IL 60030 from 10:00am until 11:00am with the funeral mass commencing at 11:00am.  Interment will be held privately.   Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
