John R. Treichler, 70, a resident of Mundelein, IL, passed away June 5, 2026 at his home.  He was born November 20, 1955 in Minnesota to Robert and Katherine Treichler.

John worked for over 35 years at the Deerfield golf course.

John is survived by his wife and loving companion of 25 years, Michele Treichler, his siblings Tom (Gloria) Treichler, Gretchen (John) Hardy, and Jenny Treichler, his nieces Victoria (Mike) Lorang, Jackie (Joe) Parise, Kresta Ortega, and Betsy (Scott) Hardy, his nephew Chris (Diane) Hardy, and his great-nieces and great-nephews Lucy, Aiden, Stella, Mia, Millie, Cole, and Evelyn.  He was preceded in death by his parents.
