Edward Kinowski, 81, a resident of Grayslake, IL, passed away April 27, 2026 at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, IL.  He was born June 10, 1944 in Winona, MN to Edward and Lillian Kinowski.

Edward is survived by his wife of 4 years, Martha Kinowski, his children Edward (Joan) Kinowski and Scott (Brenda) Kinowski, his step-children Marc (Chris) Kazakeich, Kimberly (E.J.) Mampe, and Amy (Geoff LaGioia) Kazakeich, his grandchildren Elizabeth Kinowski, Kayla (Mike) Williams, Brandon (Brittany) Stussy, Cole Kazakeich, Ashley (Tyler) Boyd, Emmett Oliver, Samantha (Carson) Spengler, and Emeri Oliver, and his 9 great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife Karan Kinowski, and his 8 silbings.

A visitation and funeral service are scheduled for Sunday, May 3, 2026 at Strang Funeral Chapel & Crematorium 410 E. Belvidere Rd. Grayslake, IL 60030 from 1:00pm until 4:30pm with the service commencing at 4:30pm.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.  Interment will be held privately.
