David A. Kuzma, 58, a resident of Lindenhurst, IL, passed away July 4, 2026 at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, IL.  He was born May 22, 1968 in Granite City, IL to Milton and Carolyn Kuzma.

David is survived by his wife of 35 years, Suzanne Kuzma, his mother Carolyn Sawyer, his sons Jacob Kuzma and Jared Kuzma, and his siblings Patricia (Scott) Immekus and Michael Kuzma.  He was preceded in death by his father and his uncle George Kuzma.
